I've only written a very few diaries here, and none for a long time.  I'm mostly a lurker.  Thanks for your patience.

Ken Starr accused of fraud (with poll)

According to the AP wire, Prosecutors said Friday that Ken Starr and other lawyers for death-row inmate Michael Morales sent fake letters to Schwarzenegger, purportedly from jurors, asking for clemency.

The judge, Deborah A. Batts, was appointed by Clinton.  She really hands it to the EPA, Christie Whitman, and the feds.  Quotes below the fold:
